Terms of use

Last updated: 23 July 2026.

These Terms of Use set out the basis on which you use the TyreFinder website. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you accept them.

About TyreFinder

TyreFinder ("we", "us") is a tyre sourcing desk operated from South Africa. We source tyres on your behalf from a global supplier network and manage the commercial process. We are not an ecommerce store: nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no sale takes place through the website itself.

Listings, enquiries and orders

Catalogue listings are an invitation to enquire only. All stock is subject to prior sale, reconfirmation with the supplier, and final pricing — quantities, specifications, DOT dates, locations and availability can change without notice. Submitting an enquiry or a stock listing does not create a contract; any supply or purchase happens only under a separate written agreement or confirmed quotation between you and TyreFinder.

Accuracy and no warranty

We work to keep catalogue information accurate, but the website and its content are provided "as is". We give no warranty that listings, specifications or availability are current or error-free — confirm details with us before relying on them. Tyre fitment and application decisions remain your responsibility; consult the manufacturer's technical documentation for load, speed and application limits.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website to send spam or unlawful content through our forms, to scrape or bulk-harvest catalogue data, to probe or disrupt the site's security, or to misrepresent who you are. We may block traffic that does any of these.

Confidentiality

If you list stock with us, your identity and stock details are treated as confidential and are not shared without your permission. Correspondingly, pricing and sourcing information we share with you in the course of an enquiry is for your use in that dealing, not for redistribution.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to TyreFinder or its licensors. Brand and pattern names shown in the catalogue belong to their respective manufacturers and appear only to identify stock.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on catalogue information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits the terms of any separate written supply agreement, which prevails over these website terms in any conflict.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website. If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date.
